How Do I Schedule a Complimentary Fitting?

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A COMPLIMENTARY FITTING IN LOS ANGELES,  

Call 800-265-7977, or fill out and submit the Contact Us webform at www.jimimacbespoke.com.  


Please wear a dress shirt or tee and a pair of tailored slacks for your fitting.  Allow 30 minutes for your WowMaker™ to take you through the WowFit™ process, and extra time to peruse and select from our many fabric books and finishes.

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Once your measurements are taken, and you complete your order, we will hand-tailor your clothing. After inspection, you may expect delivery within 4-8 weeks.*


 Your WowMaker™  will contact you to arrange a second fitting after your garments arrive.
*After state authorities lift the California COVID-19 quarantine.

Will There be Sales Tax on My Order? 

Yes.  We will apply your state sales tax to your order.

What Methods of Payment do You Accept?

What if I Need Alterations?

WHAT IF I NEED ALTERATIONS? 


In the event your custom suit, jacket, or trouser fit isn’t to your satisfaction, we’re happy to provide the following adjustment options:


If, after your second fitting, you still need alterations, simply contact your WoW Maker, and they will make the necessary arrangements. Or you can visit your local tailor and send us a photo of the receipt, and we’ll provide you with a credit of $75 toward a future purchase or a reimbursement up to $75.
 


We kindly request our customers to notify us of any alteration requests or return any item for replacement within 14-days of product delivery.

 JimiMac shirts look like a million bucks, yet are easy-care, easy wear.

 We highly recommend you: 

  • Have your shirts professionally laundered and pressed, rather than dry cleaned
  • Wash your shirts with a mild detergent in cold water and hang dry if you prefer DIY care.
  • You can be confident that the fit of your shirt will be true even after multiple washes.

Your clothing is an investment. Proper storage of your suits, sport coats, and trousers directly relates to how long they last and how well they perform.


JimiMac Bespoke is pleased to offer our clients a complimentary JimiMac Bespoke Signature Suit Bag with each suit purchase. Storage in these breathable garment bags imparts an additional level of protection to ensure and prolong the lifespan and wearability of your custom-made garments.


 Here are a few essential JimiMac Bespoke Pro Tips to extend the life of your finely crafted menswear: 

  • Use a clothing brush to remove dust and debris after each wear
  • Unbutton your sports coats and unzip the pants when you hang them to minimize stress on the seams
  • Use sturdy, quality hangers with rounded edges, preferably made from cedar. These will help maintain the shape and integrity of each item while warding off mildew and moths
  • Store your suit in your JimiMac Bespoke garment bag
  • Hang your garments in a cool, dry space with ample room in between so your garments can air out after each wearing
  • Find a trusted and reputable dry cleaner
  • Dry clean your suit or sports coat no more than once a year
  • Dry clean your trousers as needed to keep them in excellent condition
  • Wash cotton trousers in cold water and hang to dry
  • Rotate your clothing over multiple days to prolong the life of your hand-crafted attire
